Then Jesus said then unto his disciples: "Verily I say unto you, it is hard for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of heaven. And moreover I say unto you: it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." And they were astonished out of measure, saying between themselves, "Who then can be saved?" Jesus looked upon them, and said, "With men it is impossible, but not with God: for with God all things are possible."

When Jesus saw him mourn, he said, "With what difficulty shall they that have riches, enter into the kingdom of God: Easier it is for a camel to go through a needle's eye, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." There be some that put their trust in their goods, and boast themselves in the multitude of their riches. But no man may deliver his brother, nor make agreement unto God for him, for it costeth more to redeem their souls, so that he must let that alone forever. read more.
