11 Bible Verses about Being Blessed

But whoso looketh diligently into the perfect law, the law of liberty, and continueth therein, this man being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the word, this man shall be happy in his doing.

The thief cometh not, but to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they may have life, and that they may have it abundantly.

Brethren, I do not account myself to have apprehended.

Give, and it shall be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall they give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete with, it shall be measured to you again.

And my God shall supply all your need, according to his riches in glory through Christ Jesus.

Watch: be vigilant:

But God recommendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth on him, may not perish, but have everlasting life.

I have shewed you all things, that thus labouring ye ought to help the infirm, and to remember the word of the Lord Jesus, which he himself said, It is happier to give than to receive.

This only would I learn of you, Did you receive the Spirit, by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? Are ye so thoughtless? Have ye suffered so many things in vain? If it be yet in vain? Doth he that ministreth the Spirit to you, and worketh miracles among you, do it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? As Abraham believed God, and it was imputed to him for righteousness. Know then, that they who are of faith, these are the sons of Abraham. And the scripture foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, declared before the glad tidings to Abraham, In thee shall all the nations be blessed. So then they who are of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. For as many as are of the works of the law are under a curse; for it is written, Cursed is every one who continueth not in all the things which are written in the book of the law, to do them. But that none is justified by the law in the sight of God, is evident; for the just shall live by faith. Now the law is not of faith; but the man that doeth them, shall live by them. Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: (for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: ) That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
