Therefore if thy enemy hunger, feed him; if he thirst, give him drink; for in so doing thou shalt heap coals of fire upon his head.

For he loveth our nation, and hath himself built us a synagogue. Then Jesus went with them. And when he was now not far from the house, the centurion sent friends to him, saying to him, Lord, trouble not thyself; for I am not worthy that thou shouldest come under my roof.

And he commanded the centurion to keep Paul, and let him have liberty, and to hinder none of his friends from assisting or coming to him.

Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and yet not willing to make her a publick example, purposed to put her away privily.
