16 Bible Verses about Believing In Christ

Truly, I tell all of you emphatically, the one who believes in me has eternal life.

Jesus answered them, "This is God's work: to believe in the one whom he has sent."

For one believes with his heart and is justified, and declares with his mouth and is saved.

His parents said this because they were afraid of the Jewish leaders, since the Jewish leaders had already agreed that anyone who acknowledged that Jesus was the Messiah would be thrown out of the synagogue.

I tell all of you with certainty, whoever gives you a cup of water to drink because you belong to the Messiah will never lose his reward."

This is what I mean: Each of you is saying, "I belong to Paul," or "I belong to Apollos," or "I belong to Cephas," or "I belong to the Messiah."

For to me, to go on living is the Messiah, and to die is gain.

Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Messiah has been born from God, and everyone who loves the parent also loves the child.
