6 Bible Verses about Childishness

Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child. The rod of discipline (instruction) will drive it far from him.

My people are fools. They do not know me. They are stupid people. They do not understand. They are experts in doing wrong, and they do not know how to do good.

Brothers, I was not able to speak to you as to spiritual men, but as fleshly men, as babes (infants) in Christ. I fed you milk and not solid food. You were not able to receive it. You are not able now!

When I was a child, I used to speak like a child, think like a child, and reason like a child. When I became an adult I did away with childish things.

We must no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in craftiness, after the wiles of error.

At this time you should be teachers. But you need someone to teach you again from the beginning the elementary truths from the Word of God. You need milk, not solid food.
