For it is the lowliest among you all who is really great."
Many of his disciples on hearing it said, "This is a harsh teaching! Who can listen to it?" But Jesus, knowing that his disciples were complaining about this, said to them, "Does this stagger you?
Then some of his disciples said to one another, "What does he mean when he tells us, 'In a little while you will not see me any longer, and a little while after, you will see me again,' and 'Because I am going away to the Father'?" So they kept saying "What does he mean by 'In a little while'? We do not know what he is talking about." Jesus saw that they wanted to ask him a question, and he said to them, "Are you asking one another about my saying 'In a little while you will not see me any longer, and a little while after, you will see me again'?
