For I am jealous over you with a godly jealousy; for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
Yet, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife; and let every woman have her own husband.
Flee also youthful desires; but follow after righteousness, faith, love, peace with them that call upon the Lord, out of a pure heart.
Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote to me, It is good for a man, not to touch a woman.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report: if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things:
Marriage is honourable in all men, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doth, is without the body; but he that committeth fornication, sinneth against his own body.
Be not unequally yoked with unbelievers; for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? or what communion hath light with darkness? And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath a believer with an infidel?
I exhort you therefore, brethren, by the tender mercies of God, to present your bodies unto God, a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world, but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doth, is without the body; but he that committeth fornication, sinneth against his own body. Know ye not, that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, which is in you, which ye have from God? And ye are not your own: For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God with your body and your spirit, which are God's.
Love suffereth long and is kind; love envieth not; love acteth not rashly, is not puffed up: Doth not behave indecently, seeketh not her own, is not provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not at iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth: Covereth all things,read more.
