When they had nothing with which to pay him back, he freely forgave them both. Now which of them will love him more?"
And in anger his master delivered him to the jailers to be tortured, until he should pay back all he owed.
If he has wronged you in any way, or owes you anything, charge that to my account.
Then his master, after he had called him, said to him, 'You wicked servant! I forgave you all that debt because you begged me.
They were pleased to do it, and indeed they are in debt to them. For if the Gentiles have come to share in their spiritual blessings, they ought also to be of service to them in material blessings.
And if it is by grace, then it is no longer on the basis of works; otherwise, grace would no longer be grace.
