Therefore if thine enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him to drink. For by doing this thou will heap coals of fire upon his head.

If thou meet thine enemy's ox or his donkey going astray, thou shall surely bring it back to him again.

And having become angry, his lord delivered him to the tormentors until he would pay all that was due to him. So also my heavenly Father will do to you, if ye do not forgive each man his brother, from your hearts, their trespasses.

Take heed to yourselves. And if thy brother should sin against thee, rebuke him, and if he repents, forgive him. And if he should sin against thee seven times in the day, and seven times in the day turn back, saying, I repent, thou will forgive him.
