We who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak, and not to please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to build him up.
Finally, all of you, live in harmony with one another; be sympathetic, love as brothers, be compassionate and humble in spirit.
You will be enriched in every way for great generosity, which through us will produce thanksgiving to God. For the ministry of this service is not only fully supplying the needs of the saints, but is also overflowing through many thanksgivings to God. Because of the test of this service, you will glorify God by your obedience in your confession of the gospel of Christ, and by the generosity of your contribution for them and for all others;
Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary. So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who are of the household of faith.
Instruct them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, to be generous and ready to share,
And the Lord's servant must not be quarrelsome, but he must be kind to everyone, able to teach, patient when wronged,
Do not forget to do good and to share with others, for with such sacrifices God is pleased.
