And I saw a great white throne, and Him Who was sitting thereon, from Whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne; and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged out of the things that were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead that were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them; and they were judged, every one, according to their works.read more.
And Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, even the lake of fire. And, if anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.

And I say to you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account concerning it in the day of judgment; for by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned."

Verily I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment, than for that city.

For the Son of Man is about to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then will He render to each one according to his work.

And that servant who knew his lord's will, and made not ready, nor did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes; but he who knew not, and did things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few. And to whomsoever much is given, of him will much be required; and to whomsoever they committed much, of him they will ask the more.

"Behold, I come quickly; and My reward is with Me, to render to each one according as his work is.

and in nothing terrified by the adversaries; which, indeed, to them is a token of destruction, but of your salvation, and this from God;

"And these shall go away into age-lasting punishment, but the righteous into age-lasting life."

Marvel not at this; because there is an hour coming, in which all who are in their tombs shall hear His voice, and come forth; those who did good, to the resurrection of life; but those who practiced evil, to the resurrection of judgment.

awarding vengeance to those who know not God, and to those who obey not the Gospel of our Lord Jesus; who, indeed, shall pay a penalty, eternal destruction from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His might,

tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that works evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Greek;

The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of the Kingdom all the stumbling-blocks, and those who do iniquity; and they will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be the weeping, and the gnashing of teeth!

And His head and hair were white as white wool, as snow; and His eyes were as a flame of fire;

But you have a few names in Sardis, who did not defile their garments; and they shall walk with Me in white, because they are worthy. He that overcomes shall thus be clothed in white garments; and I will in nowise blot his name out of the book of life, and I will confess his name before My Father and before His angels.

and around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones twenty-four elders sitting, arrayed in white garments, and on their heads crowns of gold.

And a white robe was given to each one of them; and it was said to them, that they should rest yet a little time, until their fellow-servants and their brethren, who were about to be slain, as they also had been, should fulfill their course.

After these things I saw, and, behold, a great multitude, which no one could number, out of every nation, and of all tribes and peoples and tongues, standing before the throne, and before the Lamb, arrayed in white robes, and palms in their hands;

And one of the elders answered, saying to me, "These who are clothed in white robes, who are they, and whence did they come?" And I have said to him, "My lord, you know." And he said to me, "These are those who come out of the great tribulation; and they washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.

And I saw, and, behold, a white cloud; and upon the cloud, One sitting, like the Son of Man, having on His head a golden crown; and, in His hand, a sharp sickle.

And I saw Heaven opened; and, behold, a white horse, and He Who sat on him, called Faithful and True; and in righteousness doth He judge and make war. And His eyes are as a flame of fire; and on His head are many diadems; having a name written which no one knows but Himself; and He is clothed with a garment sprinkled with blood; and His name is called "THE WORD OF GOD."read more.
And the armies in Heaven were following Him on white horses, clothed in fine linen, white, pure. And out of His mouth proceeds a sharp sword, that with it He may smite the nations, and He will govern them with a rod of iron; and He treadeth the wine-press of the fierceness of the wrath of God, the Almighty. And He hath on His garment, and on His thigh, a name written, "KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS." And I saw one angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a great voice saying to all the birds that fly in mid-heaven, "Come, gather yourselves together to the great supper of God; that ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains of thousands, and flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses and of those sitting on them, and the flesh of all, both of free and bond, and of small and great." And I saw the beast, and the kings of the earth, and their armies, gathered together to make war with Him Who was sitting on the horse, and with His army.
