And inasmuch as it is appointed to men once to die, but after this comes judgment;
But you??hy do you judge your brother? or you also??hy do you despise your brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of God. For it has been written, "As I live, saith the Lord, to Me every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess to God." So, then, each one of us shall give account concerning himself to God.
For we must all be manifested before the judgment-seat of Christ; that each one may receive the things done through the body, according to the things which he practiced, whether good or evil.
Now is the judgment of this world: now will the Prince of this world be cast out;
So will it be at the end of the age. The angels will go forth, and will separate the wicked from the midst of the righteous,
and the enemy that sowed them is the Devil; and the harvest is the end of the age; and the reapers are angels. As, therefore, the tares are gathered up, and are burned with fire, so shall it be in the end of the age. The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of the Kingdom all the stumbling-blocks, and those who do iniquity;read more.
and they will cast them into the furnace of fire. There will be the weeping, and the gnashing of teeth! Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the Kingdom of their Father. He that has ears let him hear.
since it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to those who cause you tribulation; and to you who suffer tribulation, relief with us, at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from Heaven with the angels of His power, in flaming fire,
"And, when the Son of man cometh in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then will He sit on the throne of His glory; and there will be gathered before Him all the nations; and He will separate them one from another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; and He will set the sheep, indeed, on His right hand, but the goats on the left.
Wherefore, judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, Who will both bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and make manifest the counsels of the hearts; and then will each one have his praise from God.
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a rushing noise, and the elements, being intensely hot, shall be dissolved, and the earth and the works therein shall be burned up.
And I saw Heaven opened; and, behold, a white horse, and He Who sat on him, called Faithful and True; and in righteousness doth He judge and make war.
to the general festal throng, and assembly of the first-born who are enrolled in Heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of righteous ones made perfect;
inasmuch as He appointed a day in which He intendeth to judge the inhabited earth in righteousness, by a Man Whom He appointed, having given assurance to all by raising Him from the dead."
For neither doth the Father judge any one, but all judgment He hath given to the Son;
And He commanded us to preach to the people, and to fully testify that it is He Who hath been ordained by God Judge of the living and dead.
in the day when God will judge the secrets of men, according to my Gospel, through Jesus Christ,

but the present heavens and the earth, by the same word, have been stored up for fire, being kept unto the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.

And the nations were angered, and Thy anger came, and the time of the dead to be judged, and to give the reward to Thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and to those who fear Thy name, the small and the great; and to destroy those who destroy the earth."
And I saw a great white throne, and Him Who was sitting thereon, from Whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and no place was found for them. And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne; and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is the book of life; and the dead were judged out of the things that were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead that were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead that were in them; and they were judged, every one, according to their works.read more.
And Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death, even the lake of fire. And, if anyone was not found written in the book of life, he was cast into the lake of fire.
And I say to you, that every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account concerning it in the day of judgment; for by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned."
For the Son of Man is about to come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then will He render to each one according to his work.
Who will render to every man according to his works; to those who, by patience in well-doing, are seeking for glory and honor and incorruption, eternal life; but to those who are contentious, and obey not the truth, but obey unrighteousness, there shall be wrath and indignation,read more.
tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that works evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Greek; but glory and honor and peace to every one who works good, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek:
"Behold, I come quickly; and My reward is with Me, to render to each one according as his work is.
for as many as sinned without law shall also perish without law; and as many as sinned under law shall be judged by law;
Then He began to upbraid the cities in which were done most of His mighty works, because they did not repent. "Woe to you, Chorazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! because, if the mighty works which were done in you, had been done in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago in sackcloth and ashes; nevertheless I say to you, it will be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the day of judgment than for you.read more.
"And you, Capernaum, shall you be exalted to Heaven? You shall go down to Hades; because, if the mighty works which were done in you, had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. Nevertheless, I say to you, that it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for you!"

because, having known God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor did they give thanks; but they became vain in their reasonings, and their senseless heart was darkened.
(for, when gentiles who have no law do by nature the things of the law, these, having no law, are a law to themselves; who, indeed, show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience testifying with it, and between one another their thoughts accusing or even excusing them;)
for all sinned, and are coming short of the glory of God;
O foolish Galatians! Who bewitched you, before whose eyes Jesus Christ was openly set forth crucified?
He that believes on Him is not judged; he that believes not has been judged already, because he has not believed on the name of the only begotten Son of God.
And, whosoever does not receive you, nor hear your words, as ye are going forth out of that house or city, shake off the dust, of your feet. Verily I say to you, it will be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment, than for that city.
'Even the dust from your city, that cleaves to our feet, we wipe off against you; nevertheless, know this, that the Kingdom of God has come nigh.' I say to you, it will be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city.
"Every one, therefore, who shall confess Me before men, him will I also confess before My Father Who is in Heaven. But whosoever denies Me before men, him will I also deny before My Father Who is in Heaven.
"And I say to you, every one who shall confess Me before men, him will the Son of Man confess before the angels of God; but he who denied Me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.
for I hungered, and ye gave Me to eat; I thirsted, and ye gave Me drink; I was a stranger, and ye took Me in; naked, and ye clothed Me; I was sick, and ye looked after Me; I was in prison, and ye came to Me.' "Then will the righteous answer Him, saying, 'Lord, when did we see Thee hungering, and fed Thee? or thirsting, and gave Thee drink?read more.
And when did we see Thee a stranger, and took Thee in; or naked, and clothed Thee? And, when did we see Thee sick, or in prison, and came to Thee?' "And, answering, the King will say to them, 'Verily I say to you, inasmuch as ye did it to one of My brethren, even the least, ye did it to Me.'
For whosoever is ashamed of Me and of My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man also will be ashamed of him, when He cometh in the glory of His Father with the holy angels."

And in no one else is there salvation; for neither is there any other name under Heaven, that has been given among men, in Which we must be saved."
and, having brought them out, he said, "Sirs, what must I do to be saved?" And they said, "Believe on the Lord Jesus, and you shall be saved, and your house."
May it not be! But let God be true, and every man a liar; as it has been written, "That Thou mayest be justified in Thy words; and mayest overcome, when Thou judgest." But, if our unrighteousness commends the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous, Who visits with wrath? (I speak after the manner of a man). It could not be! for, then, how shall God judge the world?
Now we know that whatsoever the law says, it speaks to those under the law; that every mouth may be stopped, and that the whole world may be under the sentence of God;
"Verily, verily, I say to you, He that hears My word, and believes Him Who sent Me, has eternal life, and comes not into judgment, but has passed out of death into life.
Much more, therefore, being now justified by His blood, shall we be saved from the wrath of God through Him.
but, being judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world.
In this has love been made perfect with us, that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, even so are we in this world.
And, if any one builds on the foundation gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble; the work of each one shall be made manifest; for the day shall declare it, because it is revealed in fire; and the fire itself will prove each one's work, of what sort it is. If any one's work which he built thereon shall remain, he shall receive a reward.read more.
If any one's work shall be burned up, he will suffer loss, but he himself shall be saved; yet so as through fire.
I charge you before God, and Christ Jesus, Who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His Kingdom,
not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as is the custom of some, but exhorting, and so much the more as ye see the day approaching.
Be patient, therefore, brethren, until the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waits for the precious fruit of the earth; being patient over it, until it receives the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; establish your hearts, because the coming of the Lord has drawn near. Murmur not against one another, brethren, that ye be not judged: behold, The Judge has taken His stand before the doors!
And they cried with a great voice, saying, "How long, O Master, the Holy, and the True, dost Thou not judge and avenge our blood on those who dwell upon the earth?" And a white robe was given to each one of them; and it was said to them, that they should rest yet a little time, until their fellow-servants and their brethren, who were about to be slain, as they also had been, should fulfill their course.
Seeing, therefore, that all these things are thus to be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conduct and godliness, looking for, and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens, being on fire, will be dissolved; and the elements, being intensely hot, shall melt! But, according to His promise, we look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness,
