Therefore they shall eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own counsel. For the rest of the ignorant shall slay them, and the prosperity of fools shall destroy them.

Hear, O earth: behold, I will bring evil upon this people, even the fruit of their thoughts because they have not hearkened unto my words, and they hated my law.

See that you do not refuse him that speaks. For if those who refused him that spoke on earth did not escape, much less shall we escape, if we turn away from him that speaks from the heavens,
