For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh. The weapons we use in our fight are not of the flesh but God's powerful weapons, which we use to destroy strongholds. We destroy false arguments.

Jehovah is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble! He knows (protects) (takes care of) those who take refuge in him.

For that reason, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, having done everything, to stand firm.
