And a certain one of the Pharisees, asked Him, that He would eat with him, and having come into the house of the Pharisee, He sat down to the table.

And while He was speaking, a Pharisee asked Him, that He would dine with him: and having come in, He sat up at the table.
Then they made a supper for Him there: and Martha was serving; and Lazarus was one of those sitting at the table with Him.
And it came to pass, while He was reclining with them at the table, taking bread, He blessed it, and breaking it, He gave it to them:
And they eating, Jesus taking the bread, and blessing it, broke, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. Also taking the cup, and blessing it, He gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all, of it;
And they eating, Jesus having taken the bread, blessing it, broke, and gave it to them, and said, Take it: this is my body. And taking the cup, blessing it, He gave it to them, and all drank of it.
And receiving the cup, having given thanks, He said, Take this, and divide it among yourselves; for I say to you, I shall from now drink no more from the fruit of the vine, until the kingdom of God may come. And taking bread, blessing it, He broke it, and gave it to them, saying, This is my body given for you: do this in remembrance of me.
For I received this from the Lord, which I have also delivered unto you, that the Lord Jesus, the night in which he was betrayed, took bread, and having given thanks, broke it, and said; This is my body, which is for you: do this in remembrance of me.
And she said, Yea, Lord: for the little dogs eat of the crumbs falling from their master's table.
And she responded and says to Him, Yea, Lord: for even the little dogs eat the crumbs of the children under the table.
and desiring to be fed by the crumbs falling from the table of the rich man; but the dogs also coming continued to lick his sores.
And I appoint unto you a kingdom, as my Father appointed unto me, in order that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom; and you shall sit upon thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
The kingdom of the heavens is like a king-man, who made a marriage for his son. And he sent his servants to invite those who had been called to the marriage: and they were not willing to come.
And a certain one of those sitting together, hearing these things, said to Him, Happy is he whosoever eateth bread in the kingdom of God.
And He spoke a parable to those whom He had called, warning them that they should not choose the first couches; saying to them,
The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? Because we, being many, are one bread, one body: for we all partake of one bread. See Israel after the flesh: are not all eating the sacrifices communicants of the altar?read more.
Then what do I say? that idolatry is anything? or that an idol is anything? But those things which they sacrifice, they sacrifice to demons, and not to God. But I do not wish you to be the communicants of demons.
You are not able to drink the cup of the Lord, and the cup of demons: you are not able to partake of the table of the Lord, and the table of demons.
And it being evening, He sat down at the table with the twelve. And they eating, He said; Truly, I say unto you, that one of you will betray me.
And they sitting and eating, Jesus said, Truly, I say unto you, that, One of you who eateth with me shall betray me.
Moreover behold, the hand of the one betraying me is with me at the table.
For which is the greater, he that sitteth at the table, or the waiter? is not the one sitting? but I am in the midst of you as the waiter.
Blessed are those servants, whom the lord having come will find watching: truly I say unto you, that he will gird himself, and have them sit down, and having come will serve them.
And the twelve calling to them the multitude of the disciples, said, It is not pleasing that we, leaving the word of God, serve tables.
And He found in the temple those selling oxen and sheep and doves, and the money-changers sitting: and having made a scourge of cords, He cast all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen, and poured out the money of the exchangers, and over-turned the tables.
And Jesus came into the temple of God, and cast out all the buying and selling in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money-exchangers, and the seats of those selling the doves;
And they come into Jerusalem: and He having come into the temple, began to cast out the buyers and sellers in the temple, and He overturned the tables of the money-exchangers, and the seats of those selling doves;
For the first tabernacle was made; in which there were candlesticks, and the table, and shew-bread; which is called, Holy.
