'Awe struck' in the Bible
they looked and were awestruck; they became afraid and ran away.
Even those living in the most remote areas are awestruck by your acts; you cause those living in the east and west to praise you.
And I will cause many peoples to be awestruck over you, and their kings will shudder over you [in] horror, at my brandishing my sword before their faces, and they will tremble {continually}, each [person] for his life, on the day of your downfall."
When the crowds saw this, they were awestruck and gave glory to God who had given such authority to men.
