'Countries' in the Bible

I will bless her and will give you a son through her. I will bless her and she will become a mother of nations. Kings of countries will come from her!"

Why do the nations rebel? Why are the countries devising plots that will fail?

The countries are assembled all around you; take once more your rightful place over them!
