'Mountains' in the Bible

I take refuge in the LORD. So how can you say to me, "Flee like a bird to the mountains."?

Then the earth shook and quaked;the foundations of the mountains trembled;they shook because He burned with anger.

Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.

Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
