'Reap' in the Bible
Consider the birds of the sky, that they do not sow or reap or gather [produce] into barns, and your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth more than they [are]?
But his master answered [and] said to him, 'Evil and lazy slave! You knew that I reap where I did not sow and gather from where I did not scatter [seed].
Consider the ravens, that they neither sow nor reap; to them there is neither storeroom nor barn, and God feeds them. How much more are you worth than the birds?
For I was afraid of you, because you are a severe man--you withdraw what you did not deposit, and you reap what you did not sow!'
I sent you to reap what you did not work for; others have worked, and you have entered into their work."
If we have sown spiritual [things] among you, [is it too] great [a thing] if we reap material [things] from you?
Now [the point is] this: the one who sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and the one who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully.
Do not be deceived: God is not to be mocked, for whatever a person sows, this he will also reap,
because the one who sows to his own flesh will reap corruption from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.
And let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap, [if we] do not give up.
Behold, the wages that were held back by you from the workers who reap your fields cry out, and the cries of the reapers have come to the ears of the Lord of hosts.
And another angel came out of the temple, crying out with a loud voice to the one seated on the cloud, "Send out your sickle and reap, because the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe!"
