'Workers' in the Bible
So Boaz said to Ruth, "Listen carefully, my dear! Do not leave to gather grain in another field. You need not go beyond the limits of this field. You may go along beside my female workers.
Take note of the field where the men are harvesting and follow behind with the female workers. I will tell the men to leave you alone. When you are thirsty, you may go to the water jars and drink some of the water the servants draw."
Solomon's and Hiram's construction workers, along with men from Byblos, did the chiseling and prepared the wood and stones for the building of the temple.
These men were also in charge of Solomon's work projects; there were a total of 550 men who supervised the workers.
The boy grew and one day he went out to see his father who was with the harvest workers.

I will be quick to testify against those who practice divination, those who commit adultery, those who break promises, and those who exploit workers, widows, and orphans, who refuse to help the immigrant and in this way show they do not fear me," says the Lord who rules over all.
Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.
Therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest."
"For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire workers for his vineyard.
And after agreeing with the workers for the standard wage, he sent them into his vineyard.
When it was evening the owner of the vineyard said to his manager, 'Call the workers and give the pay starting with the last hired until the first.'
He said to them, "The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Therefore ask the Lord of the harvest to send out workers into his harvest.
But when he came to his senses he said, 'How many of my father's hired workers have food enough to spare, but here I am dying from hunger!
I am no longer worthy to be called your son; treat me like one of your hired workers."'
I do not mean that we rule over your faith, but we are workers with you for your joy, because by faith you stand firm.
For such people are false apostles, deceitful workers, disguising themselves as apostles of Christ.
Beware of the dogs, beware of the evil workers, beware of those who mutilate the flesh!
Look, the pay you have held back from the workers who mowed your fields cries out against you, and the cries of the reapers have reached the ears of the Lord of hosts.
