and to plainly show what is the dispensation of the mystery which from the ages has been hidden away in God, Who made all things;
"Worthy art Thou, our Lord and our God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power; because Thou didst create all things; and, because of Thy will, they were, and were created."
Because every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, when it is received with thanksgiving;
For I am persuaded that, neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
because in Him were all things created, in the heavens, and upon the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers??ll things have been created through Him, and for Him;
and He made of one every nation of men to dwell upon all the face of the earth, having marked out their appointed seasons, and the bounds of their habitation; that they should seek God, if, perhaps, they might feel after Him, and find Him, although, in truth, He is not far from each one of us; for in Him we live, and move, and are; as also some of your own poets have said, 'For we also are His offspring.'
yet to us there is One God, the Father, of Whom are all things, and we for Him; and One Lord Jesus Christ, through Whom are all things, and we through Him.
All things were made through Him, and apart from Him was not even one thing made that has been made.
at the end of these days spake to us in His Son, Whom He appointed Heir of all things, through Whom also He constituted the ages;
By faith we perceive that the ages have been constituted by the word of God, so that what is seen has not arisen out of things that appear.
(as it has been written, "A father of many nations have I made you"), before God Whom he believed, Who maketh alive the dead, and calleth the things that are not, as though they were;
that ye may be sons of your Father Who is in Heaven; because He causeth His sun to rise on evil men and on good, and sendeth rain on the righteous and on the unrighteous.
And why are ye anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin; but I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed as one of these. And, if God doth so clothe the grass of the field, that to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith!
For His invisible things, since the creation of the world, are clearly seen, being perceived by the things that are made, even His everlasting power and divinity; that they may be without excuse:
for God sent not His Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world may be saved through Him.
Wherefore, if any one is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, they have become new.
But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those believing in His name; who were born, not of bloods, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
We were buried, therefore, with Him through the immersion into death; that as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, so we also might walk in newness of life.
For the earnest longing of the creation is waiting for the revelation of the sons of God. For the creation was made subject to vanity, not of choice, but by reason of Him Who subjected it, in hope that the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the liberty of the glory of the children of God.read more.
For we know that the whole creation is groaning and travailing in pain together until now; and, not only so, but ourselves also, who have the first fruit of the Spirit, even we ourselves are groaning within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, the redemption of our body.
Wherefore, we faint not; but even if our outward man is decaying, yet our inward man is being renewed day by day.
and having put on the new man who is being renewed unto full knowledge, according to the image of Him Who created him;
And I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and the sea is no more.
And He Who sits upon the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He saith to me, "Write; because these words are faithful and true."
