If you love me, keep my commandments;

He that has my commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves me; and he that loves me shall be loved by my Father; and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

If you keep my commandments, you shall abide in my love, even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love.

And by this we know that we do know him, if we keep his commandments. He that says, I know him, and keeps not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps his word, in him truly is the love of God perfected: by this we know that we are in him.read more.

for no one of you should suffer as a murderer, or a thief, or an evil-doer, or as a busybody in other men's matters.
