All things have been delivered to me by my Father; and no one knows the Son, but the Father; nor does any one know the Father, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.

And lo, a voice from heaven, saying: This is my beloved Son, in whom I delight.

And there was a voice from the heavens: Thou art my beloved Son, in whom I delight.

and the Holy Spirit descended upon him, in a bodily form, like a dove; and there came a voice from heaven, which said: Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I delight.

For the Father loves the Son, and shows him all things that he himself does; and he will show him greater works than these, that you may be astonished.

I and my Father are one.

Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words that I speak to you, I speak not of myself. The Father who dwells in me, he does the works. Believe me, that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me. If not, believe me on account of the works themselves.

that they all may be one, as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

And this is life eternal, to know thee, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom thou has sent.

He that has my commandments and keeps them, he it is that loves me; and he that loves me shall be loved by my Father; and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.

Abide in me, and I will abide in you. As the branch can not bear fruit of itself, unless it abide in the vine, so neither can you, unless you abide in me.

Let us rejoice and be glad, and give glory to him: for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his wife has made herself ready.

So ought men to love their own wives as their own bodies. He that loves his wife loves himself;

who forbid to marry, and command to abstain from meats, which God has created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe, and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it be received with thanksgiving;

Greater love has no man than this, that one should lay down his life for his friends.
