And as it is appointed for men once to die, and after this the judgment:
But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou despise thy brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment-seat of Christ. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God. So then every one of us shall give an account of himself to God.
For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, that every one may receive according to what he hath done in the body, whether good or evil.
speaking evil of you, Who shall give account to him that is ready judge the living and the dead.
Now is the judgment of this world: now shall the prince of this world be cast out.
So shall it be at the end of the world. The angels shall come forth and sever the wicked from among the just.
The enemy that sowed them is the devil: the harvest is the end of the world; the reapers are the angels. As therefore the darnel are gathered and burnt with fire, so shall it be in the end of this world. The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and them that do iniquity.read more.
And shall cast them into the furnace of fire; there shall be wailing and gnashing of teeth. Then shall the righteous shine forth as the Sun in the kingdom of their Father. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.
Seeing it is a righteous thing with God, to recompence affliction to them that afflict you. And to you that are afflicted rest with us, at the revelation of the Lord Jesus from heaven with his mighty angels,
When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory. And all nations shall be gathered before him, and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd separateth the sheep from the goats. And he will set the sheep on his right-hand, and the goats on the left.
Therefore judge nothing before the time, until the Lord come, who both will bring to light the hidden things of darkness, and manifest the counsels of the hearts. And then shall every one have praise from God.
But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night, in which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, the elements shall melt with fervent heat, and the earth, and the works that are therein, shall be burnt up.
And I saw the heaven opened, and behold a white horse, and he that sitteth on him, called Faithful and True: and in righteousness he judgeth and maketh war.
and to an innumerable company, To the general assembly of angels, and to the church of the first born, who are inrolled in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,
Because he hath appointed a day, in which he will judge the world righteously, by the man whom he hath ordained, whereof he hath given assurance to all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
For neither doth the Father judge any one, but hath given all judgment to the Son:
And he commanded us, to proclaim to the people, and to testify, that it is he who is ordained by God the Judge of the living and the dead.
In the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Christ Jesus, according to my gospel.
And these shall go away into everlasting punishment; but the righteous into life everlasting.
But the heavens and the earth that are now, are by his word kept in store reserved unto fire, against the day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.

And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of the things that were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead that were therein; and death and hades gave up the dead that were in them; and they were judged every one according to their works.read more.

But I say to you, That every idle word which men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. For by thy words thou shalt be justified, or by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is not God unjust, who taketh vengeance? I speak as a man. God forbid; for then how should God judge the world?
Now we know that whatsoever the law saith, it saith to them that are under the law; that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world be found guilty before God.
Verily, verily I say unto you, he that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and cometh not into condemnation, but is passed from death to life.
Much more then being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
But when we are judged, we are chastened by the Lord, that we may not be condemned with the world.
Hereby is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment, because as he is, so are we in this world.

And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, thou Holy One and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell upon the earth? And there was given to them, to every one, a white robe; and it was said to them, that they should rest yet for a time, till their fellow servants also and their brethren should be fulfilled, who should be killed even as they were.
Seeing then all these things are dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hastning the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we look for new heavens and a new earth, according to his promise, wherein dwelleth righteousness.
