Therefore, take heed to thyself and keep thy soul diligently lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life, but teach them to thy sons and thy sons' sons. The day that thou didst stand before the LORD thy God in Horeb, when the LORD said unto me, Gather the people together unto me, and I will make them hear my words that they may learn to fear me all the days that they shall live upon the earth and that they may teach their sons.

Therefore, ye shall lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul and bind them for a sign upon your hand that they may be as frontlets between your eyes. And ye shall teach them to your children that ye may think of them sitting in thy house and walking by the way, lying down in bed, and rising up. that your days may be multiplied, and the days of your children, upon the land which the LORD swore unto your fathers to give them, as the days of the heavens upon the earth.
Train up a child in the way he should go; even when he is old, he will not depart from it.

I have showed you in all things how that so labouring, ye ought to support the weak and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive.
Therefore, I beseech you that ye imitate me. For this cause I have sent Timothy unto you, who is my beloved son and faithful in the Lord, who shall bring you into remembrance of my ways which are in Christ, as I teach everywhere in every congregation .
Be ye imitators of me, even as I also am of Christ.
Those things, which ye have both learned and received and heard and seen in me, do, and the God of peace shall be with you.
For our gospel did not come unto you in word only, but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and in full assurance as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake. And ye were made imitators of us and of the Lord, having received the word with much tribulation, with joy of the Holy Spirit:
We also exhort you, brethren, that you warn those that are unruly, comfort the fainthearted, support the weak, be patient with everyone. See that no one renders evil for evil unto anyone, but always follow that which is good, both among yourselves and to all men.
Bear with the one who is sick in the faith, but not unto doubtful discernment.
But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours becomes a stumblingblock to those that are weak. For if anyone sees thee who hast this knowledge sit at food in the idol's temple, shall not the conscience of him who is weak be emboldened to eat those things which are offered to idols? and through thy knowledge the weak brother shall perish, for whom Christ died.read more.
In this manner, therefore, sinning against the brethren and wounding their weak conscience, ye sin against Christ. Therefore, if food makes my brother to fall, I will never eat flesh nor do anything which may cause my brother to fall.
Brethren, if anyone is overtaken in a fault, ye who are spiritual restore such a one in the spirit of meekness, considering thyself lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens and so fulfil the law of the Christ.
Therefore comfort and edify one another, even as ye do.
The aged women likewise, that they be in behaviour as becomes holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of honesty; that they may teach the young women to be prudent, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be temperate, chaste, good housekeepers, subject to their own husbands, that the word of God not be blasphemed.
as newborn babes, desire the rational milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby in health;
I have fed you with milk, and not with solid food, for until now ye were not able to bear it, neither yet now are ye able.
Brothers, be not children in understanding, howbeit in malice be ye children; but in understanding be perfect.
Of whom we have many things to say and difficult to declare, seeing ye are hard of hearing. For you should now be teaching others, if we look at the time, yet you need to be taught again which are the first elements of the oracles of God and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong food. For any one that uses milk is not qualified in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.read more.
But strong food belongs to those that are perfect, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
But grow in grace and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and until the day of eternity. Amen.
Therefore we all, beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord with uncovered face, are transformed from glory to glory into the same likeness, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.
but following the truth in charity, let us grow up into him in all things, who is the head, the Christ:
We must thank God always for you, brethren, as is due because your faith grows exceedingly, and the charity of each and every one of you toward each other abounds,
