He that speaks truth shows forth righteousness, but a false witness, deceit.

And now, O Lord GOD, thou art God, and thy words shall be firm, and thou hast spoken this goodness unto thy slave.

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.

For the word of the LORD is right, and all his works are done in truth.

For all that do such things and all that do unrighteously are an abomination unto the LORD thy God.

And if thou wilt walk before me as David, thy father walked, in integrity of heart and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded thee, keeping my statutes and my rights, then I will establish the throne of thy kingdom upon Israel for ever as I spoke unto David, thy father, saying, There shall not fail thee a man upon the throne of Israel.

A false balance is abomination to the LORD, but a just weight is his delight.

Ye shall have just balances and a just ephah and a just bath.

These are the things that ye shall do: Speak each one the truth to his neighbour; execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates; and let none of you imagine evil in your hearts against his neighbour; and love no false oath: for all these are things that I hate, said the LORD.

But the hour comes, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for the Father seeks such to worship him. God is a Spirit and those that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and injustice of men, who hold back the truth with injustice;

in all things showing thyself as an example of good works, in doctrine showing integrity, seriousness, purity, sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that the adversary may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.

And they sent out unto him their disciples with those of Herod, saying, Master, we know that thou art a lover of truth and teachest the way of God with truth and that thou takest care for no man, for thou art no respecter of persons of men.

Behold, here I am; witness against me before the LORD and before his anointed. If I have taken anyone's ox or if I have taken anyone's ass or if I have defrauded anyone or if I have oppressed anyone or if I have received a bribe from anyone to blind my eyes, I will restore it you. And they said, Thou hast not defrauded us nor oppressed us; neither hast thou taken anything of any man's hand. And he said unto them, The LORD is witness against you, and his anointed is witness this day that ye have not found anything in my hand. And they answered, He is witness.

Then the woman said to Elijah, Now by this I know that thou art a man of God and that the word of the LORD is true in thy mouth.

I know also, my God, that thou dost try the heart, and hast pleasure in uprightness. As for me, in the uprightness of my heart I have willingly offered all these things; and now have I seen with joy that thy people, who are present here, have given willingly unto thee.

my lips shall not speak iniquity, nor my tongue utter deceit.

Then the presidents and governors looked for occasions against Daniel on behalf of the kingdom, but they could find no occasion or fault because he was faithful, and no vice nor fault was found in him.

And for this reason do I exercise myself to have always a conscience void of offense toward God and toward men.

For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with carnal wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world and more abundantly towards you.

For we are not as many, false merchandisers of the word of God, but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God we speak in Christ.

But know ye for certain, that if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon yourselves and upon this city and upon its inhabitants; for of a truth the LORD has sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears.

It is certainly not good to condemn the just, nor to smite princes for doing that which is upright.

The bloodthirsty hate the perfect, but the just seek his soul.

and that which is right has departed, and righteousness withdrew afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity could not enter. And the truth was taken captive; and he that departed from evil was imprisoned: and the LORD saw it, and it was displeasing in his eyes because that which is right was lost.

They hate him that rebukes in the gate, and they abhor him that speaks uprightly.

And because I tell you the truth, ye do not believe me. Which of you reproves me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?

Jesus answered him, If I have spoken evil, bear witness of the evil, but if well, why dost thou smite me?

Am I, therefore, become your enemy because I tell you the truth?
