and said unto the king, "If it please the king, let him give me letters to the captains beyond the water, that they may convey me over, till I come into Judah:
And deliver them beasts that they may put Paul on, and bring him safe unto Felix the high deputy;
And Judah and Israel dwelt without fear, every man under his vine and under his fig tree from Dan to Beersheba, all the days of Solomon.
And in those days there shall be no peace to them that go out and in; But great vexation upon the inhabiters of all lands.
Mercy and faithfulness preserve the king, and with loving-kindness his seat is holden up.
Obey them that have the oversight of you, and submit yourselves to them, for they watch for your souls, even as they that must give accounts for them: that they may do it with joy, and not with grief. For that is an unprofitable thing for you.

Wisdom crieth without and putteth forth her voice in the streets. She calleth before the congregation in the open gates, and showeth her words through the city, saying, "O ye children, how long will ye love childishness?
