Matthew 14:15-20

When it was evening, the disciples came to him and said, "This is a remote place, and it's already getting late. Send the crowds away, so they can go to the villages and buy themselves some food." Jesus said, "They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat." They said to him, "We have only five loaves here and two fish."read more.

And they all ate and were satisfied. And they took up twelve baskets full of broken pieces and of the fish. Now those who had eaten the loaves were about five thousand men.

Now the day began to wear away; and the twelve came and said to him, "Send the crowd away, to go to the surrounding villages and country, to lodge and get provisions; for we are here in a deserted place."
