Go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.

He said to them, Go into the entire world, and preach the good news to the whole creation. He who believes and is baptized will be saved. He who does not believe will be condemned.

You will receive power, when the Holy Spirit comes on you and you will be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.

Those who gladly received his word were baptized. About three thousand persons were added the same day.

Then Philip went to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ to them.

When they believed what Philip preached about the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

The Spirit said to Philip: Go near, and climb on this chariot. Philip ran to him, heard him read the prophet Isaiah, and said: Do you understand what you are reading? How can I, the eunuch said: unless someone explains it to me? He invited Philip to come and sit with him. The Scripture he read was this: He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer so he did not open his mouth.

On their way, they came to a body of water and the eunuch said, See, here is water. What prevents me from getting baptized? Philip said: If you believe with all your heart, you may. He answered: I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He commanded the chariot to stop. They both went into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.read more.
After they came out of the water God's Spirit took Philip away. The eunuch did not see him again. He continued his journey rejoicing.

Peter opened his mouth, and said, I truly perceive that God shows no partiality. In every nation he accepts every person who respects him and does what is right. You know that message which began in Galilee and was published throughout all Judea, after the baptism that John preached. God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. Jesus went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil. God was with him. We are witnesses of all things that he did both in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They put him to death by hanging him on a stake. God raised him up the third day and made him visible. However, all the people did not see him. Witnesses who were previously chosen by God saw him. Then Peter responded: Can any man keep these people from being baptized with water? They have received the Holy Spirit as we have. He ordered them to be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. For there is no difference between Jew and Greek. The same Lord (God) of all is abounding in riches for all who call on him. Everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved.
