God Has Ordained The Ebb And Flow Of Human Activities

¹ There is a season (a time appointed) for everything and a time for every delight and event or purpose under heaven— ² 
A time to be born and a time to die;
A time to plant and a time to uproot what is planted.
³
A time to kill and a time to heal;
A time to tear down and a time to build up.

Time to Die

Hebrews 9:27

And just as it is appointed and destined for all men to die once and after this [comes certain] judgment,
