2 In the day of the first month, in the one of the month, thou shalt raise up the dwelling of the tent of the appointment
2 “(A)On the first day of the first month you shall set up the (a)tabernacle of the tent of meeting.
2 On the first day of the first month shalt thou set up the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
2 “You are to set up the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, on the first day of the first month.(a)(A)
2 "On the first day of the first month you are to set up the tent of the Tent of Meeting.
4 And bring in the table and arrange its arrangement; and bring in the chandelier and raise up its lamps.
4 You shall (C)bring in the table and (b)(D)arrange what belongs on it; and you shall (E)bring in the lampstand and (c)mount its lamps.
4 And thou shalt bring in the table, and set in order the things that are to be set in order upon it; and thou shalt bring in the candlestick, and light the lamps thereof.
4 Then bring in the table and lay out its arrangement; also bring in the lampstand and set up its lamps.
4 You are to bring in the table and properly arrange what goes on it. Then you are to bring in the lamp stand and set up its lamps.
5 And set the altar of gold for incense before the ark of the testimony, and put the covering of the door to the dwelling.
5 Moreover, you shall (F)set the gold altar of incense before the ark of the testimony, and set up the veil for the doorway to the tabernacle.
5 And thou shalt set the altar of gold for the incense before the ark of the testimony, and put the hanging of the door to the tabernacle.
5 Place the gold altar for incense in front of the ark of the testimony. Put up the screen for the entrance to the tabernacle.
5 "You are to put the golden altar for incense in front of the Ark of the Testimony and then set up the screen for the doorway to the tent.
6 And set the altar of the burnt-offering before the door of the dwelling of the tent of appointment
6 You shall set the altar of burnt offering in front of the doorway of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting.
6 And thou shalt set the altar of the burnt offering before the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation.
6 Position the altar of burnt offering in front of the entrance to the tabernacle, the tent of meeting.
6 You are to put the altar for burnt offerings in front of the doorway of the tent of the Tent of Meeting.
7 And set the wash-basin between the tent of appointment and between the altar, and set water there.
7 And thou shalt set the laver between the tent of the congregation and the altar, and shalt put water therein.
7 You are to put the basin between the Tent of Meeting and the altar and put water in it.
8 And put the enclosure round about, and give the covering of the gate of the enclosure.
8 And thou shalt set up the court round about, and hang up the hanging at the court gate.
8 Assemble the surrounding courtyard and hang the screen for the gate of the courtyard.
8 You are to set up the court all around, and hang up the screen for the gate of the court.
9 And take the oil of anointing, and anoint the dwelling and all that is in it, and consecrate it, and all its vessels: and it was holy.
9 Then you shall take the anointing oil and (H)anoint the tabernacle and all that is in it, and shall consecrate it and all its (f)furnishings; and it shall be holy.
9 And thou shalt take the anointing oil, and anoint the tabernacle, and all that is therein, and shalt hallow it, and all the vessels thereof: and it shall be holy.
9 “Take the anointing oil and anoint(D) the tabernacle and everything in it; consecrate it along with all its furnishings so that it will be holy.

10 And anoint the altar of burnt-offering and all its vessels, and consecrate the altar: and the altar was the holy of holies.
10 You shall anoint the altar of burnt offering and all its utensils, and consecrate the altar, and (I)the altar shall be most holy.
10 And thou shalt anoint the altar of the burnt offering, and all his vessels, and sanctify the altar: and it shall be an altar most holy.

11 And anoint the wash-basin and its foot, and consecrate it
11 You shall anoint the laver and its stand, and consecrate it.
11 And thou shalt anoint the laver and his foot, and sanctify it.

12 And bring near Aaron and his sons to the door of the tent of appointment and wash them in water.

13 And put upon Aaron the garments of the holy place, and anoint him and consecrate him; and he was priest to me.
13 (K)You shall put the holy garments on Aaron and anoint him and consecrate him, that he may minister as a priest to Me.
13 And thou shalt put upon Aaron the holy garments, and anoint him, and sanctify him; that he may minister unto me in the priest's office.
13 Clothe Aaron with the holy garments,(F) anoint him, and consecrate him, so that he can serve Me as a priest.
13 You are to clothe Aaron with the holy garments, you are to anoint him, and consecrate him so he may serve me as priest.
15 And anoint them as thou didst anoint their father, and they were priests to me; and it was to be to them an anointing for the priesthood forever for their generations.
15 and you shall anoint them even as you have anointed their father, that they may minister as priests to Me; and their anointing will (g)qualify them for a (L)perpetual priesthood throughout their generations.”
15 And thou shalt anoint them, as thou didst anoint their father, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office: for their anointing shall surely be an everlasting priesthood throughout their generations.
15 Anoint them just as you anointed their father, so that they may also serve Me as priests. Their anointing will serve to inaugurate a permanent priesthood for them throughout their generations.”(G)
15 You are to anoint them just as you anointed their father so they may serve me as priests. Their anointing is to qualify them to belong to a perpetual priesthood from generation to generation."
16 And Moses will do according to all which Jehovah commanded him; so did he.
16 Thus Moses did; according to all that the Lord had commanded him, so he did.

17 And it will be in the first month, in the second year, in the one of the month, the dwelling was raised up.

18 And Moses will raise up the dwelling and will set its bases, and will put up its boards, and will give its bars, and will raise up its pillars.
18 Moses erected the tabernacle and (j)laid its (k)sockets, and set up its boards, and (l)inserted its bars and erected its pillars.
18 And Moses reared up the tabernacle, and fastened his sockets, and set up the boards thereof, and put in the bars thereof, and reared up his pillars.
18 Moses set up the tabernacle: he laid its bases, positioned its planks, inserted its crossbars, and set up its posts.

19 And he will spread out the tent upon the dwelling, and will put the covering of the tent upon it from above; as Jehovah commanded Moses.

29 He (U)set the altar of burnt offering before the doorway of the tabernacle of the tent of meeting, and (V)offered on it the burnt offering and the meal offering, just as the Lord had commanded Moses.
29 And he put the altar of burnt offering by the door of the tabernacle of the tent of the congregation, and offered upon it the burnt offering and the meat offering; as the LORD commanded Moses.
29 Then he placed the altar of burnt offering at the entrance to the tabernacle, the tent of meeting, and offered the burnt offering and the grain offering on it, just as the Lord had commanded him.
29 He put the altar for burnt offerings at the doorway of the tent of the Tent of Meeting, and offered the burnt offering and the grain offering on it, just as the LORD had commanded him.
30 And he will put up the washbasin between the tent of appointment and between the altar, and he will give there water to wash.
30 He placed the laver between the tent of meeting and the altar and put water in it for washing.

32 In their going into the tent of appointment, and in their drawing near to the altar, they will wash; as Jehovah commanded Moses.

33 And he will raise up the enclosure round about to the dwelling and to the altar, and he will give the covering of the gate of the enclosure: and Moses will finish the work.
33 He (X)erected the court all around the (r)tabernacle and the altar, and (s)hung up the veil for the gateway of the court. Thus Moses finished the work.
33 And he reared up the court round about the tabernacle and the altar, and set up the hanging of the court gate. So Moses finished the work.

34 And a cloud will cover the tent of appointment, and the glory of Jehovah filled the dwelling.
34 (Y)Then the cloud covered the tent of meeting, and the (Z)glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
34 Then a cloud covered the tent of the congregation, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
34 The cloud covered the Tent of Meeting, and the glory of the LORD filled the tent.
35 And Moses was not able to come in to the tent of appointment, for the cloud settled down upon it, and the glory of Jehovah filled the dwelling.
35 Moses (AA)was not able to enter the tent of meeting because the cloud had settled on it, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.
35 And Moses was not able to enter into the tent of the congregation, because the cloud abode thereon, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle.
35 Moses was unable to enter the tent of meeting because the cloud rested on it, and the glory of the Lord filled the tabernacle.

36 And in the going up of the cloud from above the dwelling, the sons of Israel removed in all their departures.
36 Throughout all their journeys (AB)whenever the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the sons of Israel would set out;
36 And when the cloud was taken up from over the tabernacle, the children of Israel went onward in all their journeys:
36 The Israelites set out whenever the cloud was taken up from the tabernacle throughout all the stages of their journey.(L)
36 Whenever the cloud was lifted up from the tent, the Israelis would set out on their journey,
37 And if the cloud shall not go up, they will not remove till the day it went up.
37 but (AC)if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not set out until the day when it was taken up.
37 But if the cloud were not taken up, then they journeyed not till the day that it was taken up.
37 but if the cloud was not lifted up, they would not set out until it was lifted up,
38 For the cloud of Jehovah was upon the dwelling the day, and fire was upon it the night, in the eyes of all the house of Israel in all their departures
38 For throughout all their journeys, (AD)the cloud of the Lord was on the tabernacle by day, and there was fire in it by night, in the sight of all the house of Israel.
