Exodus 7:17

Plague One: Blood

¹⁶ And say unto him, 'The LORD God of the Hebrews hath sent me unto thee saying: let my people go, that they may serve me in the wilderness: but hitherto thou wouldest not hear. ¹⁷ Wherefore, thus sayeth the LORD: hereby thou shalt know that I am the LORD. Behold, I will smite with the staff that is in mine hand upon the waters that are in the river, and they shall turn to blood. ¹⁸ And the fish that is in the river shall die, and the river shall stink: so that it shall grieve the Egyptians to drink of the water of the river.'"

Exodus 4:9

But and if they will not believe the two signs, neither hearken unto thy voice, then take of the water of the river and pour it upon the dry land. And the water which thou takest out of the river shall turn to blood upon the dry land."

Revelation 8:8

And the second angel blew: and as it were a great mountain: burning with fire was cast into the sea, and the third part of the sea turned to blood,

These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophesying: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all manner plagues, as often as they will.
