Israel's Adultery Rebuked

³ I will strip her naked and make her as in the day that she was born. I will make her as a wilderness, and make her like a dry land, and kill her with thirst. ⁴ “Also, I will have no compassion on her children,
Because they are children of harlotry.
⁵ Their mother played the harlot. She that conceived them acted shamefully! For she said, I will go after my lovers, who give me my bread and my water, my wool and my flax, my oil and my drink.

Jeremiah 13:14

Ezekiel 8:18

Hosea 1:2

When Jehovah first spoke through Hosea, Jehovah said to Hosea, Go and marry an adulterous wife and have children with her for the land commits flagrant adultery. They have abandoned Jehovah.
