Yahweh's People Vindicated

¹³ O Yahweh, our God! Lords other than thee, have owned us, - By thyself alone, will we call upon thy Name. ¹⁴ The dead, come not to life again, The shades, do not arise, - Therefore, thou hast visited and destroyed them, And caused to perish every memorial of them. ¹⁵ Thou hast increased the nation, O Yahweh, Thou hast increased the nation thou hast gotten thyself glory, Thou hast extended far, all the ends of the land.

Isaiah 8:19

But, when they say unto you - Seek ye unto the necromancers and unto the wizards, who chirp, and who mutter, Should not u people seek, unto its God? In behalf of the living, should it seek unto the dead?

Exodus 14:30

Thus did Yahweh, on that day, save Israel, out of the hand of the Egyptians, - and Israel saw the Egyptians, dead on the shore of the sea.

Deuteronomy 4:28

and ye will serve there gods made by the hands of man, - wood or stone, which neither see nor hear nor eat nor smell.

Psalm 9:6

O enemy! complete are the desolations, evermore, - even cities, hast thou uprooted, The memory of, them, hath perished.
