The Prologue To John's Gospel

¹⁷ For the law was given by Moses; grace and truth were by Jesus Christ. ¹⁸ None has seen God at any time; the only born Son, he being in the bosom of the Father, he has declared. ¹⁹ And this is the testimony of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem that they might ask him, Who art thou?
