Deliberate Sin

29 The same regulation applies to all who unintentionally commit a sin, whether they are native Israelites or resident foreigners. 30 But the person who does anything defiantly, whether he is native or an alien, that one is blaspheming the Lord; and that person shall be cut off from among his people. 31 They have rejected what Jehovah said and have deliberately broken one of his commandments.
