from the ground unto above the door were cherubim and palm-trees made: thus was the wall of the temple.

As for the temple, the door-posts were squared; and as for the face of the sanctuary, the appearance thereof was as the appearance of the temple .

Before the length of a hundred cubits was the north door, and the breadth was fifty cubits.

And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin-offering, and put it upon the door-posts of the house, and upon the four corners of the ledge of the altar, and upon the posts of the gate of the inner court.

And the people of the land shall worship at the door of that gate before Jehovah on the sabbaths and on the new moons.
