And when the sabbath was past, Mary the Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, bought spices, that they might come and anoint him. And furthermore certain women of our company have amazed us; for going early to the tomb, they did not find his body, and came, saying that they had even seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive. And some of those who were with us went to the tomb, and found it to be as the women had said; but him they saw not.
