Accumulation of wealth » The accumulation of, disappointing
Though he should heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as the clay? He may prepare it, but the just shall put it on, and the innocent shall divide the silver.
Surely every man walketh in a vain show: surely they are disquieted in vain: he heapeth up riches, and knoweth not who shall gather them.
For God giveth to a man who is good in his sight, wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth toil, to gather, and to amass, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.
With thy wisdom and with thy understanding thou hast gained for thee riches, and hast gained gold and silver into thy treasures:
Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich towards God.
Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a testimony against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have amassed treasure for the last days.

Look to me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else.
