But after I am risen again, I will go before you into Galilee.

But after I have risen, I will go before you into Galilee.

And go quickly and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goes before you into Galilee; there ye shall see him; behold, I have told you.

Then Jesus said unto them, Be not afraid; go tell my brothers that they may go into Galilee, and there they shall see me.

Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into the mountain where Jesus had appointed them. And when they saw him, they worshipped him; but some doubted.

But go tell his disciples and Peter that he goes before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him as he said unto you.


And many women were there beholding afar off, who followed Jesus from Galilee, ministering unto him; among whom was Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of James and Joses and the mother of the sons of Zebedee.

(who also, when he was in Galilee, followed him and ministered unto him), and many other women who came up with him unto Jerusalem.

And all his acquaintance and the women that had followed him from Galilee, stood afar off, beholding these things.

And the women who had come with him from Galilee also followed after and beheld the sepulchre and how his body was laid.



And Jesus left there and came nigh unto the sea of Galilee and went up into the mountain and sat down there. And many people came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many other sick and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them, insomuch that the multitude wondered when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see, and they glorified the God of Israel.

And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, from Decapolis, from Jerusalem, from Judaea and from beyond Jordan.

Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God


Then they appointed Kedesh in Galilee in the mountain of Naphtali and Shechem in the mountain of Ephraim, and Kirjatharba, which is Hebron, in the mountain of Judah.

And out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with its suburbs, to be a city of refuge for manslayers, and Hammothdor with its suburbs and Kartan with its suburbs: three cities.

And out of the tribe of Naphtali; Kedesh in Galilee with her suburbs and Hammon with her suburbs and Kirjathaim with her suburbs.


After these things Jesus walked in Galilee, for he would not walk in Judea because the Jews sought to kill him.

And while they abode in Galilee, Jesus said unto them, The Son of man shall be betrayed into the hands of men;

And it came to pass that when Jesus had finished these words, he departed from Galilee and came into the borders of Judaea beyond the Jordan;

And having said these things unto them, he abode still in Galilee.


Now in the fifteenth year of the reign of Tiberius Caesar, Pontius Pilate being governor of Judaea, and Herod being tetrarch of Galilee, and his brother Philip tetrarch of Ituraea and of the region of Trachonitis, and Lysanias the tetrarch of Abilene,

And when a convenient day was come, that Herod on his birthday made a supper to his princes and tribunes and to the principal people of Galilee;

When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a Galilaean. And as soon as he knew that he belonged unto Herod's jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem at that time.


Then they said, Behold, there is a solemn feast of the LORD in Shiloh yearly in a place which is towards the Aquilon from Bethel and towards the rising of the sun from the highway that goes up from Bethel to Shechem and towards the Negev from Lebonah.

he left Judaea and departed again into Galilee. And it was necessary that he go through Samaria. Then he came to a city of Samaria, which is called Sychar, near to the parcel of ground that Jacob gave to his son Joseph.


And when they were gone over, they came into the land of Gennesaret.

And when they had passed over, they came into the land of Gennesaret and drew to the shore.


Nevertheless this darkness shall not be the same as the affliction that came upon her when they lightly touched the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, nor afterward when they more grievously afflicted her by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the Gentiles.

The land of Zebulun, and the land of Naphtali, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles;


who also said, Ye men of Galilee, what do ye stand gazing at up into heaven? This same Jesus, who is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

And they were all amazed and marvelled, saying one to another, Behold, are not all these who speak Galilaeans?


(for which Hiram, the king of Tyre, had furnished Solomon with cedar trees and fir trees and with gold, according to all his desire), that then King Solomon gave Hiram twenty cities in the land of Galilee. And Hiram came out from Tyre to see the cities which Solomon had given him, and they did not please him.


Then when he was come into Galilee, the Galilaeans received him, having seen all the things that he had done in Jerusalem at the feast, for they had also gone to the feast.

So the father knew that it was at the same hour in which Jesus said unto him, Thy son lives; and he believed, and his whole house.


In the days of Pekah, king of Israel, came Tiglathpileser, king of Assyria, and took Ijon, Abelbethmaachah, Janoah, Kedesh, Hazor, Gilead, Galilee, and all the land of Naphtali and carried them captive to Assyria.


But he denied it again. And a little after, those that stood by said again to Peter, Surely thou art one of them, for thou art a Galilaean, and thy speech agrees unto it.
