Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple and taught.



and he opened his mouth and taught them, saying,

And Jesus, when he came out, saw a great multitude and had mercy on them because they were as sheep not having a shepherd, and he began to teach them many things.

And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all.

And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon's, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down and taught the people out of the ship.

the same came to Jesus by night and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that thou doest unless God is with him.

And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down and taught them.


And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every bodily weakness among the people. And his fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments and those who were possessed with devils and those who were lunatic and those that were paralyzed; and he healed them.


The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk; the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear; the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.





And Jesus left there and came nigh unto the sea of Galilee and went up into the mountain and sat down there. And many people came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many other sick and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them, insomuch that the multitude wondered when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see, and they glorified the God of Israel.



And Jesus left there and came nigh unto the sea of Galilee and went up into the mountain and sat down there. And many people came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many other sick and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them, insomuch that the multitude wondered when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see, and they glorified the God of Israel.

And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, from Decapolis, from Jerusalem, from Judaea and from beyond Jordan.

If others are partakers of this authority over you, why not us? Nevertheless we have not used this authority, but suffer all things, lest we should hinder the gospel of Christ.


and for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth with confidence, to make known the mystery of the gospel,






Now after John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God



The former treatise I have made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,

But, as for you, desire not to be called Rabbi, for one is your Master, the Christ; and you are all brothers.

the same came to Jesus by night and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that thou doest unless God is with him.

And it came to pass also on another sabbath that he entered into the synagogue and taught, and a man was there whose right hand was withered.

And they sent out unto him their disciples with those of Herod, saying, Master, we know that thou art a lover of truth and teachest the way of God with truth and that thou takest care for no man, for thou art no respecter of persons of men.

And when he was come into the temple, the princes of the priests and the elders of the people came unto him as he was teaching and said, By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?

And when they were come, they say unto him, Master, we know that thou art a man of truth who regards no man; for thou dost not look upon the appearance of men, but dost with truth teach the way of God; is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar or not?

And they asked him, saying, Master, we know that thou sayest and teachest rightly, neither dost thou accept the person of any, but teachest the way of God with truth;

And seeing the multitudes, he went up into the mountain; and when he had sat down, his disciples came unto him;

And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished giving commandments to his twelve disciples, he departed from there to teach and to preach in their cities.

In that same hour Jesus said to the multitude, Are ye come out as against a thief with swords and staves to take me? I sat daily with you teaching in the temple, and ye laid no hold on me.

And he began again to teach by the sea side, and there was gathered unto him a great multitude, so that he entered into a ship and sat in the sea, and the whole multitude was by the sea on the land.

And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirs up the people, teaching throughout all Judea, beginning from Galilee to this place.


And many people came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many other sick and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them,

And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and plagues and of evil spirits, and unto many that were blind he gave sight.

the same came to Jesus by night and said unto him, Rabbi, we know that thou art a teacher come from God, for no one can do these signs that thou doest unless God is with him.

And Jesus went forth and saw a great multitude and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every bodily weakness among the people. And his fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments and those who were possessed with devils and those who were lunatic and those that were paralyzed; and he healed them.

And he healed many that were sick of diverse diseases and cast out many devils and suffered not the devils to speak because they knew him.

Now when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, seeing the signs which he did.

And he came down with them and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him and to be healed of their diseases; and those that were tormented with unclean spirits were healed. And the whole multitude sought to touch him, for there went virtue out of him and healed them all.


And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every bodily weakness among the people. And his fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments and those who were possessed with devils and those who were lunatic and those that were paralyzed; and he healed them. And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, from Decapolis, from Jerusalem, from Judaea and from beyond Jordan.

And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out and departed into a solitary place and prayed there. And Simon and those that were with him followed after him. And when they had found him, they said unto him, All men seek for thee. read more.
And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns that I may preach there also, for truly I came forth for that purpose. And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee and cast out devils.

And when it was day, he departed and went into a desert place, and the people sought him and came unto him and stayed him, that he should not depart from them. And he said unto them, I must announce the gospel of the kingdom of God to other cities also because for this am I sent. And he preached in the synagogues of Galilee.


And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every bodily weakness among the people. And his fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments and those who were possessed with devils and those who were lunatic and those that were paralyzed; and he healed them.

And he healed many that were sick of diverse diseases and cast out many devils and suffered not the devils to speak because they knew him.


And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the gospel of the kingdom and healing every sickness and every bodily weakness among the people. And his fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments and those who were possessed with devils and those who were lunatic and those that were paralyzed; and he healed them. And there followed him great multitudes of people from Galilee, from Decapolis, from Jerusalem, from Judaea and from beyond Jordan.

And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about and brought unto him all that were sick and besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment, and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.


And many people came unto him, having with them those that were lame, blind, dumb, maimed, and many other sick and cast them down at Jesus' feet; and he healed them,


And Jesus went forth and saw a great multitude and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.

And he healed many that were sick of diverse diseases and cast out many devils and suffered not the devils to speak because they knew him.

And he came down with them and stood in the plain, and the company of his disciples and a great multitude of people out of all Judaea and Jerusalem and from the sea coast of Tyre and Sidon, who came to hear him and to be healed of their diseases; and those that were tormented with unclean spirits were healed. And the whole multitude sought to touch him, for there went virtue out of him and healed them all.



Nevertheless this darkness shall not be the same as the affliction that came upon her when they lightly touched the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, nor afterward when they more grievously afflicted her by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, in Galilee of the Gentiles. The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light; those that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them has the light shined.

Now when Jesus had heard that John was cast into prison, he returned to Galilee; and leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the borders of Zebulun and Naphtali, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying, read more.
The land of Zebulun, and the land of Naphtali, by the way of the sea, beyond Jordan, Galilee of the Gentiles; the people who sat in darkness saw great light, and to those who sat in the region and shadow of death, light is sprung up.



And he came and took her by the hand and lifted her up; and the fever left her by and by, and she ministered unto them.



And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee and cast out devils.

And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.
