Jehovah, be gracious to us; we long for you. Be our strength every morning, our salvation in time of distress.

I wait with hope for your salvation, O Jehovah.

I wait for Jehovah more than the watchmen for the morning. Yes, more than the watchmen for the morning.

On that day his people will say: This is our God! We have waited for Him and now He will save us. This is Jehovah. We have waited for Him. Let us rejoice and be glad because He will save us.

Yes, Jehovah, walking in the way of your Laws, we wait for you. Your name and your fame are the desire of our hearts.


When they were gathered together he charged them not to depart from Jerusalem. They were to wait for the promise of the Father that he spoke about.


Now I, Nebuchadnezzar, praise, extol and honor the King of heaven. All his works are truth, and his ways justice. He is able to abase (humble) (subdue) those who walk in pride.

He stood and measured the earth. He looked and agitated the nations. The everlasting mountains were shattered! The ancient hills collapsed. His ways are eternal!

They sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying: Great and marvelous are your works, Jehovah God, the Almighty; just and true are your ways, you King of the ages (Eternal King) (King of the nations) (King of the holy ones). (Deuteronomy 31:30; 32:4) (Exodus 6:3)



Jehovah is righteous in all his ways. He is kind in all his deeds.


Let the wise understand these things. Let the discerning know them. For the ways of Jehovah are right. And the righteous will walk in them. But transgressors will stumble in them.



Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, as the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, so our eyes look to Jehovah our God, until he is gracious to us.



Make me walk (guide me) (bend me) in your truth and teach me because you are my God of salvation. I wait all day long for you.


I will wait for Jehovah, who hides his face from the descendants of Jacob. I will hope in him.

Return to your God. Constantly express loving kindness and justice. Always wait with hope in your God.



All the nations walk every one in the name of their god. We will walk in the name of Jehovah our God forever and ever.


The king stood beside the pillar and made a promise to Jehovah that he would follow Jehovah and obey his commands, instructions, and laws with all his heart and mind. He confirmed the terms of the promise written in this book. All the people joined in the promise.

You have a few people in Sardis who have not soiled (defiled) their garments. They will walk with me in white: for they are worthy.

After he became the father of Methuselah, Enoch walked with God three hundred years and had other sons and daughters. Altogether, Enoch lived three hundred and sixty-five years.

The law of truth was in his mouth. Unrighteousness was not found in his lips. He walked with me in peace and uprightness. He turned many away from iniquity.



If you obey Jehovah he will keep the promise he made when he told me, 'Your descendants will rule Israel as long as they are careful to obey my commands faithfully with all their heart and being.'

Jehovah, Please remember how I have walked before you in faithfulness and truth. And consider my whole heart devoted to you. I have done what is good in your eyes. Hezekiah wept bitterly.

For you have delivered me from death, and my feet from stumbling, So that I may walk before God in the light of the living.

I will walk in Jehovah's presence in the land of the living.


I saw the glory of the God of Israel coming from the east. His voice was like the sound of rushing water, and the earth was shining because of his glory.

The voice of Jehovah is powerful. The voice of Jehovah is glorious.

Jehovah will make his majestic voice heard. He will come with all his might, with furious anger, with firestorms, windstorms, rainstorms, and hailstones.


Father, glorify your name. A voice came from heaven: I have both glorified it, and will glorify it again. The crowd near him only heard thunder. Some said an angel spoke to him.




The sound of the trumpet grew louder and louder. Moses spoke and God answered him with thunder.


After the earthquake a fire, but Jehovah was not in the fire. And after the fire, the sounds of a soft breathe.
