but I have prayed for thee, that thy faith may not fail; and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren.
Brethren, if any among you be seduced from the truth, and one convert him; let him know that he, who turneth back a sinner from the error of his way, shall save a soul from death, and shall cover a multitude of sins.

Repent therefore and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out: that seasons of refreshing may come upon you from the presence of the Lord;
but declared first to those in Damascus and Jerusalem, and through all the country of Judea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent, and turn unto God, performing works suitable to repentance.
And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed, and turned unto the Lord.
And therefore if any one be in Christ, he is created anew: old things are passed away, behold all things are become new.
And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may experience what is the good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.
But we all with unveiled face beholding, as in a glass, the glory of the Lord, are transformed according to the same image from glory to glory, as proceeding from the Spirit of the Lord.
But God forbid that I should glory, unless in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world is crucified to me, and I to the world. For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth any thing, nor uncircumcision, but being created anew.
Know ye not, that as many of us as were baptized into Jesus Christ, were baptized into his death? Therefore we are buried with Him by baptism into death: that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, so we also should walk in newness of life:
being buried with Him in baptism, wherein also ye are raised together with Him, through faith in the power of God, who raised Him from the dead.
If ye then be risen with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ sitteth at the right hand of God. Mind the things above, not those on the earth. For ye are dead as to the world, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
and said, Verily I declare unto you, unless ye be converted, and become like little children, ye shall never enter into the kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, he shall be greatest in the kingdom of heaven:
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, fidelity, meekness, temperance: against such things there is no law. And they, that are Christ's, have crucified the flesh with it's passions and desires.
I therefore, a prisoner for the sake of the Lord, exhort you to walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called, with all humility and meekness;
For ye were heretofore darkness, but now ye are light in the Lord: walk therefore as children of light, (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth,) approving what is well-pleasing to the Lord.read more.
And have no communion with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
Dearly beloved, I exhort you as strangers and sojourners here, to abstain from carnal lusts, which war against the soul: having a good conversation among the Gentiles; that whereas they speak against you as evil-doers, they may glorify God in the day of their visitation, on account of the good works which they behold in you.
So that thou art no longer a servant, but a son; and if a son, an heir also of God through Christ.

and ye were at that time without Christ, aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers to the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: but now in Christ Jesus, ye, who were formerly afar off, are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
and every perfect gift, but no evil one, is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation, nor shadow of turning: who hath of his own will begotten us by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of first-fruits of his creatures.
Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily verily I tell thee, Unless a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God. Nicodemus saith unto Him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter a second time into his mother's womb, and be born? Jesus answered, I tell thee of a truth, Unless a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.read more.
