and saying, "Men, why do ye these things? We also are men of like nature with you, proclaiming to you glad tidings, that ye should turn from these vanities to the living God, Who made the heaven, and the earth, and the sea, and all things that are in them;
knowing that, not with perishable things, with silver or gold, were ye redeemed from your vain course of life handed down from your fathers;
The thief comes not, but that he may steal, and kill, and destroy: I came, that they may have life, and that they may have it abundantly.
until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the full knowledge of the Son of God, to a full-grown man??o the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ;
and ye have been made complete in Him, Who is the Head of all principality and power;
For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though He was rich, for your sakes He became poor, that ye through His poverty might become rich.
