I thank my God upon every mention of you, Always in all my prayers making supplication for you all with joy, For your fellowship in the gospel, from the first day until now:

To this end we pray always for you, that our God would make you worthy of this calling, and fulfill in you all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power; That the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

Confess your faults one to another, brethren, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed: the fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.

If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.

I beseech Euodias, and I beseech Syntyche, to be of one mind in the Lord. And I intreat thee also, true yoke-fellow, help those women who laboured together with me in the gospel, with both Clement and my other fellow-labourers, whose names are in the book of life.

Covereth all things,

And above all things, have fervent love to each other; for love will cover a multitude of sins.
