And from the days of John the Baptist till now, the kingdom of heaven is entered by force, and they which strive with all their might take it by violence.
And he said to them, I must preach the kingdom of God to other cities also; for therefore am I sent.
Therefore they shall be your judges. But if I cast out devils by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God is come upon you.
The law and the Prophets were until John: from that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man forceth into it.
Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father, when he shall have abolished all rule and all authority and power.
And the seventh angel sounded, and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdom of the world is become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he shall reign for ever and ever.

What hast thou done? Pilate said to him, Art thou a king then? Jesus answered, Thou sayest. I am a king. To this end was I born, and for this cause came I into the world, that I might bear witness to the truth.
Whom Jason hath privately received; and all these men act contrary to the decrees of Cesar, saying, that there is another king, one Jesus.
But unto the Son, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever; the sceptre of thy kingdom is a sceptre of righteousness:
These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings; and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, King of kings, and Lord of lords.
He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God shall give him the throne of his father David. And he shall reign over the house of Jacob; for ever, and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
Now David, having served the will of God in his generation, fell asleep, and was added to his fathers, and saw corruption. But he whom God raised, did not see corruption.
And Jesus answering, as he taught in the temple, said, How say the scribes, that Christ is the Son of David? For David himself said by the Holy Ghost, The Lord saith to my Lord, Sit thou on my righthand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool. David therefore himself calleth him Lord: How is he then his son? And a great multitude heard him gladly.
While the Pharisees were gathered together, Jesus asked them, Saying, What think ye of Christ? Whose son is he? They say to him, David's. He saith to them, How doth David then by the Spirit call him Lord?read more.
Saying, The Lord said to my Lord, Sit thou on my righthand, till I make thine enemies thy footstool. If David then call him Lord, how is he his son?
And he said to them, How say they that Christ is David's son? And David himself saith in the book of Psalms, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand, Till I make thine enemies thy footstool.read more.

Men and brethren, I may say to you freely of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is among us to this day.
