It makes the deep sea boil like a pot. It stirs up the ocean like a boiling kettle.

And the spice and the oil for the light, and the holy (anointing) oil and the sweet perfume (balsam oil).

Babylon has suddenly fallen and is destroyed! Mourn over it! Get medicine for its wounds, and maybe it can be healed.
