But the LORD said unto Samuel, "Look not on his fashion nor on the height of his stature, for I have refused him. Because it is not as man seeth. For man looketh on the outward appearance: but the LORD beholdeth the heart."

The lantern of the LORD is the breath of man; and goeth through all the inward parts of the body.

but let the hid man of the heart be uncorrupt, with a meek and a quiet spirit, which spirit is, before God, a thing much set by.

and ye shall know the truth: And the truth shall make you free."

Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father, ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning; And abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, then speaketh he of his own. For he is a liar, and the father thereof.

As we have many members in one body, and all members have not one office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ - and every man, among ourselves, one another's members. Seeing that we have divers gifts according to the grace that is given unto us: if any man have the gift of prophecy, let him have it that it be agreeing unto the faith;

For the body is not one member, but many. If the foot say, "I am not the hand, therefore I am not of the body," is he therefore not of the body? And if the ear say, "I am not the eye, therefore I am not of the body," is he therefore not of the body?read more.
If all the body were an eye: where were then the ear? If all were hearing: where were the smelling? But now hath God disposed the members, every one of them in the body, at his own pleasure.

I will give thanks unto thee, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; marvelous are thy works, and that my soul knoweth right well!

Like as in one water there appear divers faces, even so divers men have divers hearts.

And God created man after his likeness, after the likeness of God created he him; male and female created he them.
