He who says that he is abiding in Him ought himself also to walk even as He walked.

And not as through one that sinned, so is the gift; for, indeed, the judgment came of one trespass unto condemnation; but the free gift came of many trespasses unto justification. For, if, by the trespass of the one, death reigned through the one; much more shall those who receive the abundance of the grace, and of the gift of righteousness, reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.

Therefore, I say to you, be not anxious for your life, what ye may eat, or what ye may drink; nor for your body, what ye may put on. Is not the life more than the food, and the body than the raiment? And, if God doth so clothe the grass of the field, that to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith! Be not, therefore, anxious, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink!' or 'What shall we put on?' For after all these things the nations are seeking; for your Heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first His Kingdom and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.

But flee youthful desires; and pursue righteousness, faith, love, peace with those calling upon the Lord out of a pure heart.

I do not set aside the grace of God; for, if righteousness is through law, then Christ died needlessly!

neither present your members to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God, as alive from the dead, and your members to God as instruments of righteousness.
