But Jesus called them and said, You know that the rulers of the nations exercise dominion over them, and they who are great exercise authority over them.

But Jesus called them and said to them, You know that they who are accounted rulers over the nations exercise lordship over them. And their great ones exercise authority on them.

And he took the commanders of hundreds, and the nobles, and the governors of the people, and all the people of the land, and brought the king down from the house of Jehovah. And they came through the Upper Gate into the king's house, and set the king on the throne of the kingdom.

The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers plot together, against Jehovah and against His anointed, saying,
